Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging in our Solution Engineering, Outcome Management, or auditing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Scope & Deliverables

Our services, including pilots and ongoing monthly engagements, are defined by mutually agreed-upon workflow parameters. Artificial Implementations commits to establishing working systems or delivering specified outcomes as outlined in your individual statement of work (SOW) or audit roadmap.

3. Client Responsibilities

Successful implementation requires active client participation, including providing necessary access to APIs, internal software, and subject matter experts required for context engineering. Delays in access may affect delivery timelines.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices for Audits and Pilot Programs are due upon receipt prior to the commencement of work. Monthly engagements (Solution Engineering and Outcome Management) are billed on a recurring 30-day cycle. All pricing listed publicly is standard, barring custom enterprise scoping.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we design robust, human-in-the-loop systems to minimize errors, Artificial Implementations is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the automated outputs of LLMs. Clients must adhere to the designed approval workflows to ensure output accuracy.
